• As part of the payments hub team, I created page flows and design improvements for both the customer and merchant online pay link experience.

• Produced detailed page flows for a multitude of online pay link scenarios, from payable domain connection to the pay link setup wizard.

• 43% of existing GoDaddy payments users connected their payable domains, transacting a GPV of over 220k during our ramp-up period, the product was fully released in May 2022.

• Collaborated with the research team to develop strategies in gathering useful data on a multitude of guided user tasks.
